In 2005, after managing self-storage facilities for over 35 years, I recognized a need for RV and boat storage due to constant waiting lists and the damaging effects of the sun on these vehicles. This led me to create Big Toy Depot®, a storage facility dedicated to quality, value, care, and impeccable customer service. Our staff always expresses gratitude to our clients, addressing the common oversight in the customer service industry. Our long-term storage includes full exterior washes, battery charging, monthly engine and generator starts, and overnight electrical hookups. Inspired by my grandmother’s wisdom to “leave it better than you found it,” we strive to embody these values in every aspect of our business.
