I thought we got great customer service, better than Wagner's RV near Manitowoc. Answered all our questions... But don't think I would buy Jayco again the company is hard to work with and the quality isn't there!

Dealer Prep??? What is that?

We also bought a 5th wheel Jayco Eagle from them. None of the cabinets were cleaned out sawdust from the factory, the power cord even had a knot in it about 10' in had to take the whole thing apart to get it out! Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!

I would not recomend buying a camper from them. They have the poorest customer service I have ever had to deal with.
